Shaloha Guesthouse on Supertubes offers five newly designed suites with modern decor. Each suite includes a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a private bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Some suites feature a free-standing bath or dual bathtubs. All rooms have air conditioning and electric blankets. Guests also have access to two common kitchens and an outdoor BBQ area.

There is no on-site restaurant. Each suite has access to a fully equipped shared kitchen and a BBQ area with complimentary firewood. Daily complimentary tea and coffee stations are available. For breakfast, a café is a short walk around the corner, and a beachfront breakfast buffet is 100 metres down the beach.

The guesthouse sits directly on Supertubes, a world-renowned surf break. Guests can store surfboards and rinse off with outdoor hot and cold showers. Shaloha is located on the beach at Supertubes, the most famous surf spot in Jeffreys Bay. It is near the Kabeljous Nature Reserve, the Jeffrey's Bay Shell Museum, and the Noorsekloof Nature Reserve. Cape Francis is 38 km away, the Gamtoos River Mouth Reserve is 21 km away, and Port Elizabeth Airport is 81 km away. A shuttle service can be arranged upon request.
