KUZUKO LODGE - Addo

Kuzuko Lodge has 24 private chalets, including 3 fully wheelchair-accessible units. Each chalet features a private bathroom, air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker, and a terrace overlooking the 15,000-hectare private game reserve. Guests report spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and panoramic views.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a changing menu. Chef Lorenzo accommodates special diets like gluten-free and vegetarian. Kuzuko is 2 hours north of Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha) airport, on the edge of the Karoo Heartland and bordering Addo Elephant National Park. The last 42 km is a gravel road - an SUV or lodge transfer is recommended. The lodge is 90 km from Addo's main gate, offering a remote, quiet setting with wildlife visible from the chalets.

The lodge provides airport pick-up/drop-off, a shuttle within the reserve, free parking, and laundry service. All facilities - pool, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, and conference room - are wheelchair accessible. Daily housekeeping, 24-hour security, and safety deposit boxes are included.
