The hostel offers airport shuttles and a shuttle service from Mthatha (160 rand, 1.5-hour drive). The area is rural with poor roads and potholes; guests recommend bringing a tire repair kit and sufficient petrol. A guide is not needed for Hole in the Wall; entrance via First Group hotel.
